What is your policy on bandwidth?
Your account will share a 100mbps network connection. You will receive an email to your accounts CPanel set email to let you know when you are approaching youraccount limit. Account limits are reset every 30 days.

Do you offer any SLA or uptime guarantee?
We understand that downtime can lose you customers and lose us your business, but we offer no guarantees. Our current network uptime is over 99.9%. We also fully support any hardware and networking issues you may have. In the event of a hardware-related problem, we will immediately replace any failed component at no cost to you. Replacements are usually made within 24 hours. We will make every attempt to correct the problem as soon as possible. You will be notified by e-mail once the problem is resolved.

Is account creation instant?
WNo, we must verify your order before we can create your account. This is done by direct contact via either phone of chat, or verification from our payment processors. Although instant activation is both convenient for Certahost and for our clients, it opens the door for use of our servers for malicious activities such as spam and attacks that could affect our other clients.

Is my data backed up?
We backup essential server data. We do not back up your content. Through Cpanel you can easily backup your sites and databases.

What do you only have one hosting plan?
Certahost specializes in Reseller Hosting, which grants you as our client to own and operate your own hosting company. With our reseller plan you can comfortable offer hosting to your own clients. With our reseller plan you can comfortably host 100+ websites. If you feel after you reach capacity for your business we can add additional services for you. One plan allows us to give you better support and reliability that have multiple plans and packages.
